50% assessment fee payable on fee agreement sign-off and remaining assessment fee payable prior to release of any sketch plans or reports. Please note that concept sketches supplied are not planning/construction/detailed drawings and are for information/discussion purposes only. If detailed construction drawings are required please request a quotation for same and we will be happy to oblige at our earliest convenience subject to fee agreement and deposit.
